St Paul's Combined OSHC & Vacation Care

At St Paul's Combined OSHC, we offer a welcoming, safe, and inclusive space where children can relax, explore, and thrive beyond the classroom. Whether during the school term or holiday breaks, our programs are thoughtfully designed to foster creativity, build friendships, and encourage active play through a wide variety of enriching experiences.

We believe that play is a powerful tool for learning and growth. Our OSHC and Vacation Care programs feature diverse activities that spark curiosity, promote collaboration, and support development through hands-on exploration. Children are actively involved in shaping the program, ensuring that each day reflects their interests and keeps them engaged.

During the school term, we provide a calm and friendly environment where children can unwind, connect with peers, and discover new passions—accompanied by a nutritious afternoon tea to keep them energized.

In the holidays, our Vacation Care program turns every day into an adventure, with exciting excursions, incursions, and creative activities. To support busy families, all meals are provided during Vacation Care.

Hours of Operation

• OSHC (School Term): Monday to Friday, 2:40 PM – 5:30 PM
• Vacation Care & Pupil Free Days: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Closures: Public holidays (full fees apply), Catholic Identity Day, and two weeks over Christmas/New Year (no fees charged)

Fees & Enrolment

• Licensed for up to 75 children aged 5–12 years
• Children must turn 5 years old before July of the enrolment year and be starting Transition
• Fees are reviewed annually in consultation with the School Board and CEO
• Families will receive at least four weeks' notice prior to any fee changes
